In our interactive sessions, people quickly become human to each other, growing in trust, sharing the details of their lives with easy laughter and genuine compassion. In hundreds of interventions that we’ve conducted in high-end corporates and on factory floors, we’ve learnt that no matter what specific outcomes we’re focussing upon, that sharing is powerful, surprising and transformative – it builds trust and respect, and strengthens relationships.  

We use a collection of applied theatre and improvisation techniques including forms of roleplay, games and other activities that help generate key advantages in the world of work, focusing on –

  • The ability to be agile, reacting positively to sudden change,
  • Embedding skills to recognise and receive information and use it immediately  
  • Learning how to make others around you feel heard, engaged and productive
  • Collaborating on a level you never thought possible under immense pressure
